In some areas of the Health Service, there have been increasing incidences of violent and abusive attacks on staff. If any patient is considered to be abusive or violent towards any member of staff or another patient at The Surgery, they will be requested to leave and they will be removed from the Practice list. In serious cases, the police will be called.
