This is a dispensing Practice on the outskirts of Bourton and Zeals. Although in Dorset, it is within the administrative boundary of Wiltshire CCG and the majority of our patients attend Salisbury District Hospital or Shaftesbury Memorial Hospital if they need to be seen by specialists. Appointments

If you wish to see the Doctor or Practice Nurse please phone the receptionist on 01747 840226. You can book either a telephone consultation or a face to face appointment with a GP.  If you ring and all of the face to face appointments are gone and your need to be seen is urgent you will be offered a telephone appointment.  If you do need to be seen that day the GP will make an appointment for you.  Some issues can be dealt with over the phone which is safer for you and the surgery staff. We try very hard to keep the surgery staff free from infections, including Covid, so that the surgery is fully staffed and available for our patients.  We ask that patients wear a face mask, if they can, when they attend the surgery to help us keep our environment free from infection, some of the patients waiting in the reception are may be very vulnerable.

Practice Nurses – Some reviews can be carried out over the phone.  Call 01747 840226 and ask to be booked for a telephone appointment with a practice nurse informing the receptionist of the reason for the appointment.
