If you are planning a trip away that will require vaccinations, please ensure you make a travel consultation appointment (30 minutes) with a Practice Nurse. You should also complete and return to the Surgery one of our Travel Questionnaires, at least a few days prior to your appointment . The questionnaire is available from Reception, or you can download it here Travel risk assessment form. Your appointment should be a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your travel date. Some travel vaccinations, and all Malaria medications are not available free of charge. Practice Nurse appointment slots are often pre-booked due to patients having regular treatment/s over a long period of time. Therefore if you know you need a Practice Nurse appointment it is better to book in advance if possible.
If you wish to see the Doctor or Practice Nurse you need to make an appointment. Please phone the receptionist on 01747 840226.
We have a policy that patients phoning before 10.00 can be seen by a Doctor that day. This means that we have to limit the number of appointments that may be booked in advance but you may be reassured that you can see a Doctor if you need to. Full appointment details…
